Purity Testing

Do you independently test peptides?

We routinely send our peptides for third-party testing at Janoshik, Chromate, and other reputable labs. You can find the test results attached to the product page, as well as our third-party testing page. We're still working on getting all peptides tested; in the meantime, we can also provide tests paid for by our manufacturing lab & customers, with sensitive info redacted for privacy. Do you provide CoAs for your peptides?

We provide the latest manufacturer certificates of analysis (CoAs) and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) test results for most peptide products. You can find these documents attached on each product page under the testing docs section.

How does the 3rd Party Testing Store Credit work?

Should customers wish to independently test our products, we will issue a store credit to the value of the test at any 3rd party lab like Janoshik, Chromate, or MZ Biolabs. To qualify for this credit, we must be provided with the report & payment slip. The report must be dated within 60 days of receiving your order. You can see more details here.

Wholesale

Do you offer wholesale prices?

Yes, we offer wholesale prices on orders of more than 15 boxes (each box is 10 vials). Please contact us for a custom quote.

What's the minimum order for wholesale pricing? What tiers are available?

We offer wholesale pricing starting on orders of more than 15 boxes. Orders below this amount are subject to our normal 10-20% bulk discount. Wholesale discounts typically start at 25% and up, depending on total order volume. Please contact us for a specific quote.

Pricing & Payment

How are your prices lower than other vendors?

We source products directly from the manufacturer in China and don't add a ridiculous markup like most vendors. We also sell research peptides in bulk (per box) rather than per vial, which allows us to bring prices down further.

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment, we only accept cryptocurrency (bitcoin, ethereum, USDC, and USDT Tether, with a 10% discount). We're working on bringing credit card payment back online.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer discounts for buying multiple peptide vial boxes (10-20% based on how many kits you buy), as well as free shipping on orders over $400 (non-US) and over $750 (US orders). We will also be adding some other one-time discounts in the near future, like 10% off by signing up to our newsletter.

Products

Do you provide bacteriostatic water?

No, we only sell research peptides. If you want to purchase bacteriostatic water, you'll have to buy it from a separate source.

Where are your products made?

Our research peptides are manufactured in laboratories meeting ISO 9001, 13485 and CNAS accreditations in China. In fact, all research peptides sold online are made there. Even when vendors claim to produce peptides in the US or other western countries, the truth is that they buy them in bulk from China and simply slap on their label with a massively marked up price.

What form do your products come in?

Our products come in transparent sterile vials containing the dry, lyophilized peptide powder. Depending on the specific peptide and the product batch, the color of the vial tap and aluminum crimp seal can vary. The vials are typically shipped in a plastic container containing 10 vials each, with an abbreviated name on top (usually printed in black letters and sometimes as a white label) and a seal. The peptides are unbranded and shipped straight from the manufacturer as a wholesale order. Edge Peptides does not handle or brand any peptides.

Why do my vials look different from the photos?

The branded peptide vial photos are for reference only. You can see an example photo of what the actual peptides and container look like attached on each product page. Actual box and cap/crimp color may differ depending on the specific batch. It's normal for a different batch of the same peptide to have a different color cap/crimp. Rest assured you're still getting the correct research peptide.

Do you include bacteriostatic water in your orders?

No, when you purchase peptides you only receive the dry peptide vials.

Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. On average, shipping takes 7-10 business days to the US and 4-14 days to most other countries. In rare occurrences, shipping may be delayed due to issues with customs, low stock, or shipping carrier delays and mistakes. Check our shipping pag for more details and estimated times.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number 1-3 business days after payment. Occasionally, it may take longer for us to send you the tracking info. Please note that tracking may take several days to start showing updates on the order's movement. Additionally, larger orders can take longer to prepare and dispatch, especially if one of the products is out of stock.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are shipped directly from our Hong Kong warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to most countries except those with strict customs, like Indonesia and the Middle East. If you're not sure if we ship to your country, feel free to email us.

What if my order is delayed or lost?

If your order is not received in 14 business days after you received the tracking, please send us an email and we will investigate the progress. Most of the time, this is due to delays with the shipping company, which is out of our hands. In rare cases, it might also be that the package was seized by customs, in which case we will reship your order for free.

What's your return policy?

We don't accept returns because of the fragile nature of peptide products. However, if your order arrives with incorrect, missing, or damaged items, please email us with photos and a video of the problem to info@edgepeptides.com. We will investigate and get you a replacement order sent out. Also, if you send our products for third-party testing and they test below 98% purity (except a few products, like NAD+), we will give you a full refund or a replacement order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped out yet. Usually, that means you have about a day after paying for your order where you can still cancel it. In that case, we will process your refund within 2-3 days. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and refunded.

How are items shipped?

All items are shipped discreetly in protective, inconspicuous packaging; you can see example photos here. Please email us if you have further questions.

What if my order is seized?

In the rare occasion that a shipment is seized by customs, we will reship it again for free. So far, we have a 100% delivery rate for re-shipped packages. The only exception to this policy is countries with very strict customs, like Trinidad and Tobago. If you make an order to one of these countries, we will email you to confirm if you want to proceed with your order knowing that we can't reship it if it's seized.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

No, we cannot ship to PO boxes, so please use an alternative delivery address.
