Refunds & Returns
We don’t accept returns because of the fragile nature of peptide products. However, if your order arrives with incorrect, missing, or damaged items, please email us at info@edgepeptides.com and we will organize a replacement order.
You can cancel and refund an order by emailing us if it hasn’t shipped out yet. If your order is delayed (which can happen sometimes due to stock or shipping issues), you can also request a refund. In that case, we will process your refund within 1-3 days. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, feel free to email us.
In the rare occurrence that your order is seized by customs, we will reship it again for free.
